* Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚛 Shipping Time

* Maharashtra: 2–4 business days
* Rest of India: 3–7 business days
* Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, festivals, or courier delays.

💰 Shipping Charges

* Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
* Free shipping may be available during special promotions.

📍 Order Tracking

* Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
* You can track your shipment until delivery.

📦 Delivery

* Please ensure the shipping address and contact number are correct.
* The courier will attempt delivery as per their standard process.
* The Jersey Hub is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details or courier issues beyond our control.

⚠️ Damaged or Missing Parcel

* If you receive a damaged parcel, record an unboxing video before opening it.
* Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the video and photos for assistance.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

* We accept exchanges only for size issues, subject to stock availability.
* Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags.
* Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the wrong product was shipped.
* No refunds on customized jerseys.
